Our group programs are designed to bring people together through shared outdoor experiences. Whether you are planning a team building event, a staff retreat, a club outing, or a social gathering, our paddling programs offer a fun, active, and memorable way to connect outside the office.

HOW TO BOOK AN ACTIVITY
STEP 1: SUBMIT AN INQUIRY
Complete the inquiry form on this page and include as much information as you can about your group, including your organization name, preferred date, group size, and what you are hoping to get out of the experience.
STEP 2: HEAR BACK FROM OUR TEAM
Our Group Bookings team will follow up within 3 business days with availability, pricing, and any clarifying questions.
STEP 3: CONFIRM WITH A DEPOSIT
To reserve your date, boats, and instructors, we require a 25% deposit. This is processed over the phone with our Group Bookings Office.
STEP 4: WE HELP YOU PLAN THE DATES
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will work directly with you to plan and facilitate your visit, including final numbers, waivers, timing, and arrival details.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
All group programs include kayak or paddleboard rental, paddles, PFDs, safety equipment, wetsuits if needed, and certified instructors.
GROUP POLICIES
A 25% Deposit is required to confirm your booking
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before your activity are eligible for a refund.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 1 week before your activity date and are subject to availability.
Final participant numbers and full payment are required 3 days before your activity.
